Thomas E Backus
Thomas E. Backus has over 30 years in the kitchen industry. He is accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) as a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD). He has served as the Vice President of membership for the Pittsburgh NKBA Chapter. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (BAMP) and also serves as a President Club Member. Throughout his career, he has completed lighting, kitchen, and bath master school courses, as well as fabrication and installation courses. Tom's project manager, Randy Stewart, has been employed with Manor House for over 20 years and has experience in the sales, installation and service departments.

Jennifer Baustert and Karen Kleinberger are both accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) as Certified Kitchen Designers (CKD). They have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and have a combined work experience of over 10 years. In addition to design and sales, Jennifer also assists in the operation of the showroom.
Alissa Krizan and Sadida Weible have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Their background helps make the selection process an enjoyable experience for customers, and they are a wonderful asset to the design team.
Jennifer Baustert was presented a plaque when she was awarded "Officer of the Year" as Vice President, Academic Relations at the general meeting of the National Kitchen & Bath Association in January 2012. Jennifer is a Certified Kitchen Designer at our 286 showroom, and goes above and beyond in all of her projects.
