The kitchen has now been installed and I am enjoying it immensely. The cabinetry is positively beautiful and the countertops are amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. I appreciate all your help and suggestions. I would be remiss if I didn't compliment you on the caliber of people in your employ, from the cabinet installers to the granite and tile experts,---all top-notch. Especially, Tom, the young man (I think his name was Bill) who appeared to be in charge and was here everyday. He and the others are a credit to your company. Thank you for everything.

I am writing you today to express my complete delight with the results of the installation of my new kitchen countertop, sink and faucet on February 14 by you, Manor House Kitchens, Inc.
I want to convey my thoughts regarding the installation crew. (Dutch and Frankie) the Installers and (Steve) the plumber.
They were always pleasant, well coordinated, working as a team, a pleasant experience for me.
They acted responsibly upon their entrance into my apartment, with the handling of the available counter top, along with their tools, etc.
Before the men left they removed my old counter top, etc and disposed of all residue without any damage to my apartment.
I believe they are deserving of recognition for the competency of the work they did, which they stated they would appreciate it if I would write you.
Thank you also for the excellent job of taking the good measurement, which made for a lovely fitted counter top, done by Tony Dimatteo.

I am writing to express my satisfaction as a recent customer of Manor House Kitchens.
At the beginning of 2011, my wife and I began to plan a major remodel in our home the centerpiece of which would be our new kitchen. Initially, we began our design effort with Home Depot, however, in retrospect, our decision to go with Manor House was a wise one. We had worked with Manor House in the past on a small granite countertop job for our basement, but we were under the impression that, for a larger job such as we were contemplating, Manor House would not be competitive. We were wrong.
We were very far along in our design efforts with Home Depot when a friend reminded me that his cousin, Jim Kladnik, was an employee of Manor House. I told him that I was considering calling Manor House but had not yet gotten around to it. I soon received an email from my friend with Chris Aird's card attachment. Mr. Kladnik had recommended contacting Chris for my project. So, I called Chris and set up an appointment.
When Chris came to my home, I was immediately struck by his professionalism, his enthusiasm, and his product knowledge. I offered Chris a copy of the kitchen layout design that I had been working on with Home Depot. Christ respectfully declined my offer. He said that he preferred to start with a clean slate. He then proceeded to take all the measurements of our room. When we finished our meeting, Christ told us that he would put a design together for us. We told him our schedule was tight, and that we were close to making a decision to go with Home Depot, but we wanted to see what Manor House could offer. Chris quickly went to work on the design and called us in to your Greensburg office to go over his concept.
The design that Chris presented to us was very different from the one that we had drafted with Home Depot. Different in a good way! His design was simpler, more efficient, used fewer cabinets, and seemed to fit the very difficult space more logically. I was especially impressed with how Chris went through each aspect of the design cabinet by cabinet, and explained to us his reasoning for the design feature, and the functionality and purpose for each cabinet. At that meeting, I remember suggesting only a few minor changes to that first design effort. To my amazement, Chris's first dt aft of the design was about 95% to our satisfaction. He had considered use of the space in ways that we or Home Depot designers had not considered. So, even before the price was determined, we knew that we wanted to work with Chris and Manor House. When Chris finished the price estimate, we were pleasantly surprised that the price was "in the ballpark" compared to other alternatives that we were exploring. Knowing that we were concerned about budget, Chris recommended Koch cabinets. He liked their pricing, their quality, and the ability to make custom cabinet sizes to meet our needs. After all was said and done, we decided to go with Manor House for the purchase and installation of our Kitchen.
From that point, Chris walked us through the process step by step and kept us well informed along the way. Although I'm sure he was working with many other customers at the time, he made us feel that our kitchen project was his top priority. The Koch cabinet style and color choice was simple...My wife knew exactly what she wanted and Chris made great suggestions based on our preferences. Chris ordered the sample doors and samples came in exactly to our liking.
As other aspects of our project progressed, Chris kept in touch, visited our home to observe the construction, and coordinated well with our contractors. It was our scope to prepare the space properly for your people to install the cabinets. Chris helped to assure that this was done. He even came in one day and drew the design on the floor to help our contractors visualize the layout of the kitchen. This was very helpful.
After a long construction period (three months), it finally came time to install the kitchen. I chose to give this scope to Manor House as opposed to my contractor because of your expertise and because of the fat that Manor House would have single point responsibility for every aspect of the kitchen installation. This is what I wanted and I know that this is the way Manor House prefers to work as well. This way, you can completely control the outcome of the work. Looking back, this might have been the best decision that we made in this entire process. In any major project, as you know, there will be problems. My project was no exception. However, the bottom line is that Chris and Manor House were firmly there to stand behind your products and services and all issues were addressed and "made right" by your company. I know that I would have spent a great deal of my own time trying to resolve issues myself if I had used Home Depot for the purchase of my cabinets. Surely, I would have encountered problems with other companies...but the question is ...would they have been there for me to resolve the problems as Manor House was?...I doubt it!
Just a note to your installers also...My installation team was Chris (there seems to be a lot of Chris's at Manor House by the way) and Adam. Immediately, I had a good feeling that these guys knew what they were doing. They were very professional and gave me a sense that they would do a great job. Chris, I know is a long time employee of Manor House...and his experience shows. Your team showed great attention to detail which is very important to me. They proceeded to bring Chris Aird's design to life before my eyes. Again, there were problems that they encountered, but they worked well along with Chris to provide me with a perfect kitchen.
We also used Manor House for the purchase and installation of the countertops. The granite that we chose was competitively priced, installed on schedule, and looks fabulous with the other elements of our kitchen.
The final result was a stunning and warm space. Just what we wanted! All of our friends who have seen the transformation of our kitchen have been amazed by the design and quality of the work. For this we have our contractor and the people of Manor House to thank.
Please pass along our sincere thanks to Chris and your entire team that had a hand in completing our project. Our family and friends will spend many years enjoying the space that Manor House helped us to create.

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are extremely pleased with our new Koch cabinets and vanities. Allen and Traci did a wonderful job designing the kitchen and everything looks and fits perfectly. Allen and Traci spent the time and gave attention to all the necessary details. We are looking forward to having the granite installed. I will recommend Manor House to anyone!

We can't begin to tell you how delighted we are--not only for the beautiful end product that is our new kitchen--but for your detailed planning in overseeing the journey that got us here.
Being in our 60's, we've had lots of experience with construction & renovation projects going wrong. Without doubt, your anticipation of and planning for every contingency was what made this project go so well. Even when we encountered the inevitable bumps along the journey, you were immediately available offering good alternatives and solutions. Chris, you were a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Manor House is very lucky to have you as a key part of their team.

Dear Chris,
Jim and I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience we had building our kitchen. Your really listened to our needs and produced a perfect space for us. The guys who came out to do the installation worked so efficiently. I love that you have a service person come out to make sure that everything is in working order. They too were prepared to handle our questions.
Being without a working kitchen is not easy Manor House made that time fly by.

When it became necessary to remove cabinets in our kitchen, I requested that Manor House do the work, as Manor House had installed them. I want you to know how pleased I am with the work that was done as well as the people from Manor House that were involved in the process.
John Virone kept in touch all winter long and was always helpful. Bill Mailie and Rick Herrie put my kitchen back in working order, for which I am grateful. It was a pleasure to have them in the house.

I just wanted to let you know how enjoyable it has been to deal with "Manor House Kitchens". I hope in past exchanges, I let you know how helpful you were in making my home purchases a great experience. I have had quite a few compliments on my granite back-splash.
What I wanted to add at this time is my positive experience with both John (who arranges for the corrections) and Jeff (who makes the corrections). Jeff, in particular, has provided very valuable service. He has always been courteous, neat, competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. He has answered all my questions and gone the extra mile to make Manor House Kitchens "look good". I just wanted you to know that. Sometimes, the "good" never gets recognized.

I wanted you to know how extremely pleased I am with Bill and Glenn who installed my kitchen and bath. Extremely talented craftsmanship. Both rooms are beautiful, just what I expected. They sealed off these areas to keep any dust from the other rooms, cleaned up all debris and vacuumed at the end of each day. I must say I was concerned before the work was started even though Joe Floreck assumed me all the work would be handled professionally. He was right. Bill and Glenn finished within the time frame discussed and were so respectful of me and my home. Granite will be installed soon and Bill and Glen will do finishing touches. I felt you should hear praises for work well done. Manor House was recommended to me by others who bought from this company. I am glad Manor House was my choice.

I think that I can speak for Christine, too, that every employee that contributed to and was involved in our project was very professional, polite, and cognizant of our needs. Out of all the subcontractors on the job, and even including the general contractor, Manor House was the best! We got what we paid for with no hassles.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank all of your employees who were involved in the design, delivery, installation and service of our new kitchen.
Let's start with Bruce and Frank in the Showroom who helped to design, revise and "tweak" our kitchen until it was just what we wanted; followed by the delivery men, whose names are not known to us, but did a great job putting the appliances and cupboards where they were needed for the installers; to the actual installation by Jim and Bill whose skills were precise and done with pride; then Jeff G. who meticulously did the countertop template and then installed it with Ryan; then Jeff R. who has the difficult task of doing the follow-up service work to keep everyone happy; the ladies at the showroom who helped us keep our payments straight and answered our questions; and not to be forgotten are Chris, the installation manager, who made sure our scheduling went smoothly and John from the service department who made sure our callbacks were addressed.
The manner in which your employees presented themselves to us was always professional, friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable and done with great patience. They had the homeowners watching their every move and one of them is a retired carpenter who enjoyed every minute of the project. He even learned a few new tricks to his own.
Most of the time you hear about the problems with a job and those who were satisfied never take the time to let you know. We have taken the time to let you know we are completely satisfied with our Manor House kitchen and have smiles on our faces daily as we use this room.

Frank and I would like to thank everyone involved in the process of selecting and installing our new Manor House kitchen. We really love our new kitchen and we have a wonderful feeling about all of the people who helped us realize this finished product.
Chris, you have a wonderful patient way about helping the customer through all the choices that need to be made. You are patient and understanding. When questions arise, you have answers. When changes need to be made, you are there to walk the customer through all the details.
You have a great sense of design. You do everything with a smile and a positive tone in your voice. It is very reassuring to know that a sales associate has the customer's wished and feelings in mind during this sometimes overwhelming process. We both felt that you were a friend who wanted to do whatever was necessary to make us happy about our choices. Thank you so very much for all that you did through this event...including the plumbing and re-dos. You stayed with us right up to the last day...it was totally reassuring.
Thank you to Chris and Adam, who did the installation and worked through the minor tweaks. You made us feel that our wishes were important to you and that you would fix anything that needed done. We appreciate that you were patient and took pride in making the kitchen look so wonderful. We were impressed with how knowledgeable you were about installing the appliances.
We would like to thank the staff at the Granite Factory. The finished counters add so much to the look of our kitchen. We may have to call to find out just what type of sealer to buy and exactly when to reseal the counter.
We thank Manor House for allowing us to have a redo on a few doors that had ugly knotholes that really affected the look of the kitchen. We were very nervous about asking for replacement doors, but everyone involved was encouraging and understanding and the new doors are so much better than the original ones. The kitchen now looks like it was professionally installed and that the materials are of high quality.
Everyone at Manor House Kitchens worked in a professional and friendly manner. We were so appreciative of everyone's efforts on our behalf. Everyone who visits our home compliments us on the kitchen. Chris, it all started and ended with you! Our Favorite "Kitchen Planning Chef"!

We would like to thank you for all of your help in assisting us with planning our new kitchen.
Even though nothing changed as far as the layout or design, it looks like a totally different place. Our kitchen is small and not one of those $50,000/$100,000+ redesigns but Manor House was able to give it that look. It was hard making a decision and then trying to imagine how everything would look once it was all put together. With your help and guidance, we have an absolutely beautiful kitchen.
It was a pleasure working with you on this job and even though there were a few minor "bumps", as there always are on any type of remodeling job, you worked them out quickly and efficiently for us. Rod and Luke did a fantastic job with the installation and we enjoyed having them in our home.
We were pleased with the professional manner in which our project was handled in all aspects by everyone at Manor House Kitchens; but the entire impression began with you. You may use our name at any time as reference if one is ever requested by a customer.
